Tab2PDF is a tool that allows users to collect and merge webpages into a single PDF document. Some features are available for free, while others require a paid subscription (“Pro Plan”).

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Tab2PDF for illegal or infringing purposes
• Attempt to disrupt or overload our servers
• Copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the service
• Use automated tools to abuse free quotas

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

3. Accounts and Authentication

You may use Tab2PDF anonymously or sign in through a supported provider (e.g., Google). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Paid features require an active subscription or one-time payment.
• All payments are processed securely by our payment partner (e.g., Stripe).
• All sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.
• We may adjust pricing and plans at any time with reasonable notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, design, and content provided by Tab2PDF remain the property of RidingWaves LLC. You retain ownership of any content you process (e.g., webpages or PDFs you generate).

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Tab2PDF is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties or guarantees about:

• The accuracy, reliability, or availability of the service
• The fitness of Tab2PDF for any particular purpose
• The content of third-party webpages you choose to capture

Use the service at your own discretion and risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RidingWaves LLC and its affiliates are not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, revenue, or profits
• Any damages arising from use or inability to use the service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) in the preceding 12 months.

8. Modifications to the Service

We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of Tab2PDF at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any resulting impact on your access or data.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these Terms or uses the service abusively.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
